Improvement
We support School Leaders in developing comprehensive strategic plans and school improvement initiatives aligned with their vision and goals. To achieve this, we conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and facilitate decision making on priorities for improvement. This process identifies schoolwide priorities, strengths, and areas for improvement to address the needs of diverse student populations and drive sustainable change.
We assist in the CIWP process to develop a plan that matches the school vision, mission, and budgetary needs. Throughout the CIWP implementation process, we track progress to ensure identified action steps and goals are on target.
