Core
Through analyzing student data and conducting instructional walk-throughs, we help School Leaders identify priority areas for improvement within the Instructional Core. We help to develop a plan of action to improve the teaching and learning process for teachers and students.
Through coaching and action planning, we support the continuous improvement of the following areas:
MTSS systems and processes, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 curricula and supports
Dual Language, Bilingual and EL programming
Co-Teaching Supports and Practices
With experience in EdTech Implementation that supports the Science of Reading, we work with School Leaders to identify structures in place that support meeting the needs of teachers and students through inclusion of targeted educational technology platforms. Realizing that technology itself does not guarantee effective learning, we work directly with educators to implement technology-supported collaborative learning structures in the classroom and throughout the school day. When property executed, educational technology can provide the skills students need to excel at school and beyond.
